Production Time
Each of our jewelry pieces is made to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. The production time is approximately 3 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipping. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after the production period, depending on your location.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship to the following regions:
- Europe
- UAE
Please note that the shipping times provided are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location, customs clearance, and any unforeseen delays by our shipping partners.
Shipping Costs and Customs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and order size. VAT is not included in the sales price. For international customers customs duties and taxes are also not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Special Offer for European Customers
To help balance the cost of VAT (typically 20%) and import fees, we offer a special discounted price to customers in Europe. The prices are already adapted when you are shopping out of Europe.
